Two-Week Study Plan for the Canadian Citizenship Test
A detailed 14-day study plan to prepare for the Canadian citizenship test. Follow this schedule to be fully prepared.
Two weeks is plenty of time to prepare for the citizenship test if you follow a structured plan. Here is a day-by-day guide.
Week 1: Learn the Material
**Day 1-2:** Read Chapters 1-3 of Discover Canada. Take Chapter 1 test.
**Day 3-4:** Read Chapters 4-6. Take Chapter 2 and 3 tests.
**Day 5-6:** Read Chapters 7-9. Take Chapter 4, 5, and 6 tests.
**Day 7:** Read Chapter 10. Take Chapter 7, 8, 9, and 10 tests.
Week 2: Practice and Review
**Day 8:** Review any chapters where you scored below 80%. Retake those chapter tests.
**Day 9:** Take your first simulation test. Note your score and weak areas.
**Day 10:** Focus study on your weakest 2-3 chapters. Retake those chapter tests.
**Day 11:** Take your second simulation test. Compare with your Day 9 score.
**Day 12:** Review key dates, names, and facts. Take your third simulation test.
**Day 13:** Take your fourth simulation test. If scoring 85%+, you are ready.
**Day 14:** Light review only. Take one final simulation test. Rest and prepare for tomorrow.
Daily Time Commitment
This plan requires about 45-60 minutes per day. You can study in the morning, during lunch, or in the evening — whatever works best for your schedule.
