1. Service Description
Citizenship Test provides an online Canadian citizenship test preparation platform. Our services include practice questions, chapter tests, simulation tests, a study guide, and progress tracking tools. The platform is accessible via web browser on any internet-connected device.
2. Account Terms
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Your login credentials are for your personal use only and may not be shared. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Accounts found to be shared may be suspended without refund.
3. Payment Terms
Access to the full Citizenship Test programme costs $39 CAD as a one-time payment. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Your username and password will be emailed to you.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a money-back guarantee: if you use Citizenship Test to prepare and fail your official Canadian citizenship test, contact us within 30 days of your test date with proof of failure (official IRCC notification). We will issue a full refund. Refunds for other reasons are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@citizenship-test.ca for assistance.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not: (a) copy, reproduce, or distribute our content, questions, or study materials; (b) use automated tools to scrape or download content; (c) share your account credentials with others; (d) use the service for any unlawful purpose; (e) attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Citizenship Test — including but not limited to questions, explanations, study guide materials, design elements, and code — is the intellectual property of Citizenship Test and is protected by Canadian and international copyright law. Discover Canada content is used in accordance with Government of Canada reproduction guidelines.
7. Limitation of Liability
Citizenship Test provides test preparation materials for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee that you will pass the official Canadian citizenship test. While our content is based on the official Discover Canada study guide, the official test is administered by IRCC and may differ from our practice tests. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Citizenship Test is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or the Government of Canada. 9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
